Amazon Advertising software · SaaS

Amazon PPC, optimized by an assistant that explains every move.

AdPilot AI connects to the Amazon Ads API to help sellers manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Instead of manual bid work across spreadsheets, sellers receive clear, reviewable recommendations — and approve them with one tap.

What AdPilot does

An advertising co-pilot built for Amazon sellers

Every action AdPilot proposes is based on the seller's own campaign performance data, retrieved through the Amazon Ads API with the seller's explicit authorization.

01

Campaign analysis

Reads Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display performance across all authorized stores and surfaces where spend is working and where it is leaking.

02

Reviewable recommendations

Bid changes, budget shifts, keyword additions and negations arrive as plain-language suggestions with the reasoning shown. Nothing is hidden in a black box.

03

Approve on any device

Sellers apply changes one at a time or in bulk, from web or mobile. Optional rules can auto-apply routine adjustments within seller-defined limits.

How it works

Authorized access, from connection to action

AdPilot never asks for Amazon account passwords. Access is granted by the seller through the official Amazon Ads API authorization flow (Login with Amazon / OAuth 2.0) and can be revoked at any time.

STEP 01

Seller authorizes

The seller connects their advertising account via Login with Amazon. AdPilot receives a scoped access token, never a password.

STEP 02

Data is retrieved

Campaign, keyword, and reporting data is pulled through the Amazon Ads API under the granted scopes, on a scheduled basis.

STEP 03

AI generates advice

Performance is analyzed against the seller's targets. Each recommendation includes the metric that triggered it and the expected effect.

STEP 04

Seller stays in control

Changes are written back through the API only after the seller approves them, or within rules the seller has explicitly configured.

Data & security

What data we use, and why

AdPilot requests only the data required to operate the advertising features described above. We do not sell data, and we do not use one seller's data to benefit another.

Data accessed
Advertising campaign, ad group, keyword, targeting, and reporting data retrieved via the Amazon Ads API under the advertising::campaign_management scope.
Purpose of use
To analyze advertising performance and generate optimization recommendations, and — only after seller approval — to apply campaign changes on the seller's behalf.
Authorization
Granted by the seller through Login with Amazon (OAuth 2.0). Passwords are never collected or stored. Sellers can revoke access at any time from their Amazon account or from AdPilot.
Storage & encryption
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. Access tokens are held in an encrypted secrets store, isolated per account.
Retention
Advertising data is retained only as long as the account is active. On account closure or de-authorization, associated data and tokens are deleted within 90 days.
Sharing
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or resale. Sub-processors (cloud hosting, LLM inference) are bound by data-protection agreements and used solely to deliver the service.

Least-privilege access

We request only the scopes needed for advertising optimization — no order, buyer, or payment data beyond what the Ads API provides.

Seller-controlled actions

No campaign is changed without the seller's approval or an explicit rule the seller has set. Every automated action is logged and reversible.

Revoke anytime

Authorization can be withdrawn in one click. Once revoked, AdPilot stops all data retrieval immediately.

3. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide when registering: name, business name, email address, and billing details.

  • Usage information about how you interact with AdPilot, used to improve the service and for security.

We do not collect your Amazon account password. Authorization is handled entirely through Amazon's Login with Amazon (OAuth 2.0) flow.

We use the data solely to provide and improve the advertising optimization service: to analyze campaign performance, generate recommendations, apply approved changes, produce reports, and provide customer support. We do not use your data to train models sold to third parties, and we do not use one customer's data to benefit another.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors that help us deliver the service (for example, cloud infrastructure and AI inference providers), under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain advertising data only while your account is active. When you close your account or revoke authorization, we delete the associated advertising data and access tokens within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We protect data in transit with TLS and at rest with encryption. Access tokens are stored in an encrypted secrets store and isolated per account. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
